21-Night Western Africa Voyage

About River or Ocean Cruises

Azamara Journey® | Departing: 29 November 2022

Voyage price from $6243* CAD Plus Port Taxes

The adventures begin in Cape Town, as we set sail for Namibia’s Walvis Bay. An overnight stay here gives you plenty of time to dive into its colonial past and venture inland for an African safari. Enjoy two days at sea while we make our way to Luanda, Angola’s shining capital. Discover an exciting mix of UNESCO World Heritage sites, meandering oceanside promenades, and ornate churches.

With an additional three days at sea, you can experience all that your boutique hotel at sea has to offer.

Then awaken in Takoradi—Ghana’s beautiful laid-back beachside resort town.

Next, it’s on to the Ivory Coast and “the Paris of West Africa”, Abidjan.

We continue up the West African coast to Banjul, The Gambia.

After two more relaxing days at sea, we arrive in the Canary Islands.

Following a stop in Madeira—the voyage ends in Lisbon, one of the oldest cities in the world.

*60% off second guest reflected in the price, book by June 30, 2021.
